CHROME OCTOPUS SCULPTURES
Commissioned by ArtLink, these giant chrome octopus sculptures, create a striking pair bound for display on a luxury cruise.
The Make It team worked with Art Link to refine and CAD model the forms, designing the interior structure, before hand-sculpting, moulding and resin casting the final design. Hours of finishing was required to ensure a smooth and perfect surface for the mirror chrome finish, a look which only goes to enhance the other-wordly presence of these two deep sea creatures.
